  • i remember seein dis live and i was like, "OMIGOD!"

  • wow i love how ppl alwayz get in2 fights ovr this shit.

k iv bin playing footbal 4 7 years and "spearing"is intentionally hitting a player helmet to helmet w/out the ball.doing wut this guy just did is clean football

  • that always hurt

    a lot...

  • packer u never heard of that expression "layed the wood"? obviously ur not a football guru

  • thug

  • just layed the wood?

  • painfull... lol

  • man he just plain out de-cleated the shit out of his ass!...i mean it was a clean hit pure and simple...i swear people ITS FOOTBALL!!!...that's what you play the game for..

  • I was watching it to scared the livin shit out of me im a wisc fan so yeah...

  • the best hits are the ones were their legs go flying in the air...

  • clean football hit. his head was up. if you dont like that, go play baseball or basketball or something

  • saw it live. great hit

  • play*

  • Was really a cheap hit on Warricks part. Should have been a flag on that flag or something.

  • i disagree, ive seen some cheap hits, and although he could have done this or that differently,i think he was just playing the game and laid the guy out.he handled himself well after too,not alot of celebration.i think it was pretty clean myself.good that no one was hurt though.

  • I never said this wasn't legal. I am saying throw the flag due to the facts Mich. Is celebrating the hit. YEA I MIGHT HAVE RUINED SOMEONE LIFE GO ME!!! Football pricks..

  • Well it's hard not to get fired up after laying someone out. His intention wasn't to hurt the guy. He was just playing the game and doing his job. The line is when a player makes a deliberate attempt to hurt another player or makes an illegal play. When that line is crosssed is when a flag should come into play.

  • ctualyy mich state sry i just had to correct you i just hate michigan that much

  • @ChakinX what the hell did you expect his teammates to do then? yell at him for making a good hit? they did what theyve been trained to do for morale. after a good play they pump each other up, with no exception to this one. dumbass...

  • Too bad it was completely legal. Helmet to helmet is legal when the player hit has the ball. The instant replay called it a catch, so you're just bad.

  • ryteousman - have you portained them?

  • Helmet to Helmet is legal when the player hit has the ball? You're referring to "incidental" helmet contact. When a player leads with his helmet in an attempt to tackle, it's called "spearing" and that is illegal. Your a moron.

  • Ouch! Hopefully Jefferson is ok.

  • 'warwick just layed the wood!'....great commentary!

  • fucked him up. great hit, the qb left his receiver out to dry. excellent statement by warrick the way he protected the middle of the field.

  • As a college football player, to me that's the nature of the game. Clean hit imo, glad it wasn't me.

Hey, for everyone crying about that being a "dirty" hit. How about your dumb fucking QB doesn't throw the ball to someone about to get cleaned out. Good job QB ;)

Nice hit, what do you expect him to tackle him with, he hit him with his face-mask for the most part, he didnt tuck his head that much at all. Shouldn't have been running so straight up and let the CB get under him like that.

  • I was 20 rows up on that side of the field, never heard such a huge hit in person before. It was a clean hit, as confirmed by the ref's after the game. Glad to see a tough freshman get up and run off the field.

  • Glad to see everyone walk away from that one...but no blood no foul. It was a clean hit!

  • are you fucking retarded, thats a horrible hit. head to head contact is illegal in a hit. i go to msu and i see that

  • I doubt you go to state. It was a clean hit. Warrick put his helmet down and for the most part his helmet went into Jefferson's chest. When Jefferson hit his head on the ground. That is were the whole laying on the ground came from.

  • it was completely head to head. did you watch the game? thats what the announcers were talking about. and yes i do go to state, holden 5th floor.
