What's the price of these Caparison guitars? I wan to buy one, they are so cute, but some people told me they are quite expensive guitars! how much did you pay for it?
Awsome dude! I'm thinking of bying a Schecter Hellraiser Baritone and later put Duncan Blackouts EMTY pickups in it. But the world of baritone is new to me, so should I put a 7-string set of strings on, exept the high E.string, and then tune it standard?
@ProgThrasher6666 There are quit a few Caparison dealers in the US(only one in canada) I got my caparison From "The axe palace" Great guy named Nick runs the place. Also Guitar asylum has lots in stock too. I'd suggest The axe palace. Nick will give you great deals on shippin and pickup installation.
Can you please tell me the dimensions of the neck?I want to make a comparison with the clasic Ibanez Wizard neck wich i prefer..Thank! 5 stars from me :)
Personally I think that Caparison's tone is the best to my ears. It's hard to explain, but it sounds so complete. It can't be better. It's not too trebly, not too noisy. It's just clear and aggressive at the same time. I hope that some day I will own one.
Can you give me a quick rundown on how it is to play? they sell them near me in cranes in cardiff like but i havent gone along to try one yet so was wondering if you give me soem details etc :]. Thanks again man (Y)
First of all try to not buy from Cranes if you can, they have outrageous prices for being the 'official' Cap UK dealer, especially now with the 09 price increase.
Check the Caparison or Bmusic forums to see if anyone is selling them.
As for how it plays, its a very unique guitar, thicker neck, shorter scale length. So if Cranes have one I recommend going there and trying it out, because the Horus isn't for everyone, but for some it's perfection :)
your guitar seems very similar xsajienx who i also watch for covers on Soilwork and Scar Symmetry.. the low end sounds really chuggy and the tone sounds decent.. keep up the nice work my friend!
Thanks dude, yeah it's the same model as xsajienx, the only difference is my one has an ebony fingerboard with the ol' clock inlays whereas his is solid maple.
I just bought mine. Black with the maple fingerboard. Jealous?? Haha
