You brought up a great point in this video I never thought about. I am looking at two properties in the Boston Edison neighborhood that are three stories but since it is in foreclosure I can afford it, but you made a great point in this video about the HEATING BILLS! I honestly NEVER thought about that. All I thought about was I was going to get a HUGE house that I could afford and although I am cold blooded and actually have windows open in the winter because I always have air on int he summer.
