  • @MrAllevian On the contrary, drinking a gallon of pure water is very good for your health because it flushes out your system and hydrates your body.

    Research things carefully before saying silly things like that. You'd have to drink at least 5 gallons of water a day to develop any health complications.

  • I am aware of that. But someone doing lots of cardio like runners are in danger of running out of electrolytes even with drinking regular water only. Without sweating and entirely healthy you may drink up to 3 Gallons destilled H2O without adding NA. This drastically reduces when doing cardio-workout and even much more when there are hidden heart-problems. Of course - if you are just doing muscle-workout and some minutes of cardio to warm-up. It should be okay. Pros do it for competition, too.

  • Drinking too much destilled water results in heart-rythm-problems, cramps, death.

    So if you drink one gallon of that each day and you haven´t a perfectly healthy heart you better write down your last will before starting it.

  • I say carb cycle. Stick to hit. Cardio. Lift very heavy. Failure before 8 reps no lower then 6. Hit abs twice a week. Make one ab day with added weight. Day before legs get in 200 carbs so u can really get after it. Personally I keep my carbs at 200. Protein at 200. Grams that is.

  • 1) Distilled water? That sounds like bro-science to me. Drink natural water without fluoride or chlorine.

    2) It makes no sense to eat "100 carbs per day" What if he has a rest day, or a high calorie burning leg day? Carb cycling is best, eat carbs post workout (50% worth). On your rest days, stick 100% to green veggies of all types. Eating sweet potatoes and brown rice is alright, as long as it's directly post workout or the meal after that on an intense workout day.

    3) Try HIIT cardio instead.

  • The big problem isthat everybody from us has a too critical point of view towards ourselves, which is good! BUT this guy has a perfect genetics, he has no visible FAT, but he can be more designed. For that he needs to train 4-5 times a weeks what he is surely doing but doinf just 10-15 min. cardio at the end. I consult always STEP MACHINE as this is a heavy cardio work, doing it rhytmically but not too much, as K + K are always saying so that you can still speak to your neighbour :)! GOOD LUCK!

The water then has no impurities in it.   • The distilled water intake should only be TEMPORARY like two or three weeks MAX. Distilled water for too long does not hydrate the body and eventually it strips your mineral content. Electrolytes are minerals and this is where hydration comes from. Since distilled water can not hydrate you - U gotta be careful on it.

  • @kevinmejia13No, you are probably not going to lose any noticeable amount of muscle in just 2 weeks. That is no excuse for not training though ;) Some great exercises to do at home are pushups, crunches, onelegged squat (I'm not sure if this is the correct term, but basically you squat, with one raised leg), pullups/chinups, burpees and so on. You can go out for a run if you are afraid of getting fat ;) And since you didn't say what you normally eat, no advice can be given there :P

    I agree with you on that. Drinking lots of distilled water can be very very dangerous. I do agree on the sodium part though. Sodium is what keeps the water in. You can drink as much water as you want, if you don't have the sodium to absorb it, you will not hold on to the water.

  • Just something about distilled water. I've been reading about it and there are studies that show that long term drinking of distilled water, which strips out all nutrients from the water, can lead to nutrient deficiency and in some cases lead to an increased risk of cancer. So I would minimize the drinking of distilled water or just go with a filtration system.

  • @MOTat18 In addition to that, it can actually cause cells to explode because of osmosis. To even out the mineral concentration, water fills the cell. If the concentration levels differ a lot inside and outside of the cell, so much water will fill the cell that it bursts. Kind of nasty actually.
