@Derail07 The device mounts to the doppler radar tower, but is NOT part of the doppler system. The reason why the US signed a treaty outlawing weather control in the late '70s is because weather control is real. Read 'The Cooling' or 'Angels Don't Play This HAARP'....you can read, can't you?
What about the argument that HAARP rings are simply the radar units being switched from clear air to precipitation mode? I mean, there's a lot of things it could be....correlation doesn't equal cause. That and I can probably forecast severe weather better than any HAARP conspiracy theorist because I look at NWS' Storm Prediction Center. If you look at that and make an observation from there, you can guess severe weather equally as well as me or any YouTuber. That's my thought on the matter. :)

I just don't like the correlations some make on this kind of matter where predicting severe weather....yes, there may be HAARP rings in and around areas of severe weather...but no two rings look the the same, no two scalar squares look the same - why is this? One of the key meanings of scientific study is to have replicable methods that yield replicable results. Simply picking HAARP rings doesn't sell in my book as much as meteorological ideas.

@HatrickPenry This same guy was the one who found his HAARP ring forecast wasn't going to work, so he called in a "tornado report" from a relatively modest line of storms into the NWS report hotline near his house, let it show up on his computer (because NWS does investigate) and showed on his youtube page "OMG! I predicted a tornado and the media and NWS didn't! Government conspiracy! HAARP!" He lost my vote for a "credible source" at that moment. Never discount the informed over the paranoid.

Tornado can be produce by heating the ionosphere; based on the theory of vortices in fluid mechanics. Maybe it is possible for haarp to create tornados because they have many antenna that can produce millions of watts, enough to heat the atmosphere to cause tornados.
This HAARP ring conspiracy is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Tornadoes form when 3 things come together. 1- Wind Shear 2- Instabliity 3- Moisture. You also need a lifting mechanism like a cold front. These ingredients came together in extreme measures on April 27, 2011 to produce over 200 tornadoes from Alabama to Virginia. (I'm sure these weren't all within the HAARP ring. Also, the United States averages 1000 tornadoes a year. I bet not all of those took place in a HAARP ring.

I am not 100% sure haarp is the cause of this extreme weather, but it does have some great evidence pointing that it does cause extreme weather. I am just doing my own research.

If this was orchestrated, then what was the possible motive? I accept they did Haiti, Japan, New Zealand and Australia etc., but there were clear motives there 'in my view'. Surely it wasn't just some sort of test. They must have known their tornado capabilities by now!

What your actually looking at is the distance the radar is actually reaching, hence the perfect circle all of the same length. Doppler radar has a minimum distance in a 360 degree radius. Typically these radar stations are placed next to major cities where local NWS buildings are located, but there are also more scattered in between for a second layer of coverage. I know a million and a half people are going to discredit anything I write here but its ok ive only been chasing storms for years

OMG people are so gullible, and stupid. Dutch always claims 24-48 hours..hes using SPC, then waiting till he see radar artifacts off a composite radar image in the area the SPC has outlined. Composite radar images, especially intellicast (which I find hilarious that it's the only one he uses) are notorious for artifacts. Your not seeing haarp rings, those are the radar rings (radars scan in circles, and overlap with the other radars). Go do some research, and you'll realize how dumb this is.

I'm confused... at 3 minutes in a very large tornado is being shown and labeled as being shot in or near Rose Hill, KS. That makes no sense. On April 27th, there were no tornadoes in Kansas... especially in or around Rose Hill, KS. Rose Hill, KS isn't all that far from me, and as a storm chaser I would know if a massive tornado happened that day in or near a town that is only 2 or 3 hours away from me.

This video is using relabeled video from different storms. At 2:40 the storm is Rose Hill, MISSISSIPPI not Rose Hill KANSAS. I live in Rose Hill KANSAS and there was no tornado that day for us.

I hardly see how predicting tornados will happen by pointing out the locations just in front of an incoming, obviously ferocious, storm is note worthy. Ok, I see the ring, but to point to locations just in front of the storm's path is a bit Kreskinish. The ring could have a perfectly sane explanation. And I'm a tin-foil hat wearing crackpot prepper too, so. Just saying. It could be a distortion of the computer program that I'm sure they use to consolidate all of the radar signatures.

In this case, the relative appearance of randomness would not indicate to most people that the Mississippi Valley had been specifically 'targeted.' However, this should be a clear warning that such an event could be no more than a few hours or days away.

You should watch all of (dutchsinse) videos and check them against all the days these tornados have been happening and exactly what region in the US. You will see then that these storms/tornados are not occuring like they should, but instead being formed 24-48 hrs right after the ring/anomalies are seen on radars all over the cities where they'd then hit.

First, I want to say I was born and raised in Texas, I have a uncle who lives in KS. This time of year its perfectly normal to have tornadoes. The amount and magnitude is what needs to be addressed here. Another issue that needs to be addressed is the super storm thats been growing on SATURN. Article titled: "Saturn’s superstorm is now expanding around the planet." Jupiter also has unprecedented super storm as well. Is HAARP causing these as well? We have binary star entering our solar system.
@verlouria I agree. The whole point of this video was to get people asking questions. Is weather different than it was 50 years ago, 100 years ago? Or do we just have more technology to capture it. If it is a new phenomena, these rings, then awareness of them is positive. If the cause of the uprisings in earthquakes, tsunamis, tornados, and violent weather is not due to man made effects, then is it related to a comet that is slowly entering our solar system? There are plenty of questions to ask.

Also there are a lot of us who believe the elites are using HAARP to actually lessen the blows we are going to take in the next few years as this object enters our solar system. @you4080 listen - youd have to evacuate the whole midwest and south within 3 days sometimes less than 24 hours notice multiple times all spring long- and even in summer - if being rational is hateful then im guilty- hurricanes give you 8-12 day notice most of the time by the way many refuse to leave anyways and then what happens when you cry wolf and no tornadoes happen- by the way a tornado can form within minutes unexpectedly as well-- its a logistical nightmare and unrealistic

What about the argument that HAARP rings are simply the radar units being switched from clear air to precipitation mode? I mean, there's a lot of things it could be....correlation doesn't equal cause. That and I can probably forecast severe weather better than any HAARP conspiracy theorist because I look at NWS' Storm Prediction Center. If you look at that and make an observation from there, you can guess severe weather equally as well as me or any YouTuber. That's my thought on the matter. :)

I just don't like the correlations some make on this kind of matter where predicting severe weather....yes, there may be HAARP rings in and around areas of severe weather...but no two rings look the the same, no two scalar squares look the same - why is this? One of the key meanings of scientific study is to have replicable methods that yield replicable results. Simply picking HAARP rings doesn't sell in my book as much as meteorological ideas.

Tornado can be produce by heating the ionosphere; based on the theory of vortices in fluid mechanics. Maybe it is possible for haarp to create tornados because they have many antenna that can produce millions of watts, enough to heat the atmosphere to cause tornados.

This HAARP ring conspiracy is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Tornadoes form when 3 things come together. 1- Wind Shear 2- Instabliity 3- Moisture. You also need a lifting mechanism like a cold front. These ingredients came together in extreme measures on April 27, 2011 to produce over 200 tornadoes from Alabama to Virginia. (I'm sure these weren't all within the HAARP ring. Also, the United States averages 1000 tornadoes a year. I bet not all of those took place in a HAARP ring.

What your actually looking at is the distance the radar is actually reaching, hence the perfect circle all of the same length. Doppler radar has a minimum distance in a 360 degree radius. Typically these radar stations are placed next to major cities where local NWS buildings are located, but there are also more scattered in between for a second layer of coverage. I know a million and a half people are going to discredit anything I write here but its ok ive only been chasing storms for years

OMG people are so gullible, and stupid. Dutch always claims 24-48 hours..hes using SPC, then waiting till he see radar artifacts off a composite radar image in the area the SPC has outlined. Composite radar images, especially intellicast (which I find hilarious that it's the only one he uses) are notorious for artifacts. Your not seeing haarp rings, those are the radar rings (radars scan in circles, and overlap with the other radars). Go do some research, and you'll realize how dumb this is.

I'm confused... at 3 minutes in a very large tornado is being shown and labeled as being shot in or near Rose Hill, KS. That makes no sense. On April 27th, there were no tornadoes in Kansas... especially in or around Rose Hill, KS. Rose Hill, KS isn't all that far from me, and as a storm chaser I would know if a massive tornado happened that day in or near a town that is only 2 or 3 hours away from me.

This video is using relabeled video from different storms. At 2:40 the storm is Rose Hill, MISSISSIPPI not Rose Hill KANSAS. I live in Rose Hill KANSAS and there was no tornado that day for us.

I hardly see how predicting tornados will happen by pointing out the locations just in front of an incoming, obviously ferocious, storm is note worthy. Ok, I see the ring, but to point to locations just in front of the storm's path is a bit Kreskinish. The ring could have a perfectly sane explanation. And I'm a tin-foil hat wearing crackpot prepper too, so. Just saying. It could be a distortion of the computer program that I'm sure they use to consolidate all of the radar signatures.

You should watch all of (dutchsinse) videos and check them against all the days these tornados have been happening and exactly what region in the US. You will see then that these storms/tornados are not occuring like they should, but instead being formed 24-48 hrs right after the ring/anomalies are seen on radars all over the cities where they'd then hit.

First, I want to say I was born and raised in Texas, I have a uncle who lives in KS. This time of year its perfectly normal to have tornadoes. The amount and magnitude is what needs to be addressed here. Another issue that needs to be addressed is the super storm thats been growing on SATURN. Article titled: "Saturn’s superstorm is now expanding around the planet." Jupiter also has unprecedented super storm as well. Is HAARP causing these as well? We have binary star entering our solar system.

@verlouria I agree. The whole point of this video was to get people asking questions. Is weather different than it was 50 years ago, 100 years ago? Or do we just have more technology to capture it. If it is a new phenomena, these rings, then awareness of them is positive. If the cause of the uprisings in earthquakes, tsunamis, tornados, and violent weather is not due to man made effects, then is it related to a comet that is slowly entering our solar system? There are plenty of questions to ask.

Also there are a lot of us who believe the elites are using HAARP to actually lessen the blows we are going to take in the next few years as this object enters our solar system. @you4080 listen - youd have to evacuate the whole midwest and south within 3 days sometimes less than 24 hours notice multiple times all spring long- and even in summer - if being rational is hateful then im guilty- hurricanes give you 8-12 day notice most of the time by the way many refuse to leave anyways and then what happens when you cry wolf and no tornadoes happen- by the way a tornado can form within minutes unexpectedly as well-- its a logistical nightmare and unrealistic

Proof of haarp= first of all haarp hits the ionsphere- not the part of the atmoshpere where storms iniate- 2 . dutchsinse does not predict anything- he just " finds ""rings" where it was already predicted to be areas of strong storms- the storm prediction center predicted the event days in advance as did the weather channel - so ofcourse there will twisters and storms in his rings-- because he knew like me and many other weather geeks were storms were going to occur- its a simple trick !!!

You have no clue at how many people took proper precautions and/or went to shelter and were still killed. Some people really didn't know because they had no power from the morning squall line and tornadoes and had no means to know it was coming other than when the either heard or saw it coming.

Dutch predicted not only what general area to expect storms and tornado`s but listed off specific cities where they would hit! Bet your local weather man cant do that just sayin :)

@dutchsinse if you draw out the three rings in the radar at :29 Tuscawilla sits on the edge of the northern smaller ring right at the point where they stop touching. It seems like the tornado was draw to the center of the big ring, but made to go around the edge of the the northern smaller ring
