Yes, you need to find secrets to unlock playground maps. However, you do not need secrets for deathmatch maps, they are not locked. Just let a friend connect to your phone via bluetooth and play.

They do!!! D5 to D10 is locked!!! i played and if u unlock all secrets u get box madness which is dam laggy with a flood of boxes

haha... i play gish too but i suck at it especially at level 3-11. I cannot get the boat out and the boat always floats away X(

as you see, you dont actually need the boat. xD P.S. i managed to lavajump "hell boat" playground. that was freaking hard!
