The amazing thing about Elvis is his lack of ego. Anyone that has ever met him ringside at the locals / uni comps in Sydney or anywhere else knows he's just a laid back, top notch guy and he has time for everyone. Elvis doesn't demand respect, he just outright deserves it.

Man, Elvis stood with the best, but couldn't take them. Shame that we can't get a tier 1 Australian fighter. George Sotiropoulos is on his way up, but will he fall by the wayside like all other Aussies? Anthony Perosh and Soa Palalei had potential but couldn't rise to meet it. Why hasn't Adrian Pang or even Jake Sidic been taken up by the MMA monster UFC? They are exempliary athletes who are young enough they COULD be tier one with the right mentoring. Doesn't feel good that Aussies can't fight.

and CRITISIZE yet haven't got the guts to face up to themselves let alone a UFC fighter. Elvis is a gentleman, a pro, a man who teaches kid's and gives freely of his experience. I can imagine you train at your local karate club once a week and think your a badass. How many 'No Fear" tshirts do you own and what was your last tough sticker tattoo? Earn respect from some students then put your head on the line. Elvis didnt duck anyone.. and fought some the best.

Alright guys..Yes he DID NOT duck anyone and he fought the best BUT he lost aloooot. I dont see how he is allowed back in the ufc or even why you call him the king of rock and rumble when he cant beat anyone. Even if you go to his martial arts club or you like him because hes nice.. It does not mean he is a good fighter. I guess hes the king of teddy bears and lil kids.Oh well good luck to him in his next fight just hope if he loses (probably will, no offense)they kick him out for good this time

Hey Kevin. Elvis entered MMA in it's infancy in OZ in the 90's Long before it attracted kids like yourself. In OZ there are not the training partners nor high school wrestling programs there are in the states. Elvis just put his head on the line. It is a case of put up or shut up Kevin. Have you got a big bunch of UFC dvd's at home. Het tapped out Jeremy Horn and went 5 rounds with Frank Shamrock. Lets see you fight at the next CFC

Elvis had the opportunity to make a big name for himself....but screwed that up.... when that door to the UFC opened, that WAS the oppotunity....personally i thought his game plan sucked...

There is nothing to hate about Elvis. He is a nice guy and an underrated fighter. Yeh he isnt an A-fighter but he only fights the best fighters out there for which i respect him for.
