The fisheye lens on your video camera makes each guitar look totally bent. You've got a nice Gretsch guitar collection. I own one. Although I have a bottom of the line, Electromatic I upgraded the pickups to TV Jones classics.

Guitar possible. I would have to say that after sever testing at under 700 dollars Canadian would be any thing by reverend and to my surprise the latest Gibson melody maker. I just tested it up to my 51 tele custom shop and i have to tell you im pretty freaked right now. IT SOUNDS AND FEELS AWESOME. Like a tele and Gibson mixed. In my gear it hauls ass and inspirers me like i haven't been in a long time

Hey Momo.The power jet is a great guitar but you have

to consider the size of the guitar player.You're probably about 6 feet tall so the bigger Gretsches would be good for you.For guys my size the power jet

It does make a difference when you are standing up.Smaller guitars are more manuverable.They weigh less and you are more comfortable moving about.Cheers

Cool vid! I played on a friend's vintage Gretsch a long time ago. He was a Beatle fan and bought it from a dude years before because it looked a little like the Gretsch model George Harrison. He got divorced, asked me to help him move, non-chalantly mentioned there was a guitar I might want to check out. After looking at it, I had to tell him the bad news that the individual who sold it to him passed stolen goods since the serial number decal on the inside had been removed.

I though I posted this reply before, but why not get a Silver Falcon. Just like the Black Falcon but with Silver binding rather than gold, a lot like the Phoenix with more tonal options. Anyways nice job with your videos. I'm a huge Gretsch fan and finally got one not long ago. Also why did you return the Power Jet? Anyways peace out.

Hi pat.Well i winded up ordering the black phoenix due to the pinned bridge and i wanted a straight up 1 knob guit that rocks and is a gretsch.I returned the power jet because it felt like a toy.Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment.Have yourself a gretschen day.

Thats per guitar.And yeah i believe a new guitar will give you 20 potential hits you dont have in your allready existing ones...not 2 say their not good anymore..but the exitment of new gear allways gets me going which is why i buy a new guitar 4 every project i do..it pays for itself that very gig and the beat goes on.Peace out
