Three weeks later it hasn't come up even with the help of refreshing the ucd trick. I lost hope and spent the money. Now i have 8 mil and if the 2j appears in the ucd now w/ a 15 mil pricetag i'll throw my controller against the wall.

Maybe in the game, but in real Can-Am, McLaren were dominating 1967-1971 with 37 wins in 43 races, until Porsche arrived with their turbo-monsters in 1972.
The Chaparral 2J did race in the Can-Am series in 1970, unfortunately it retired from the races with mechanical problems and never won a race. In 1971 they were banned.
Never use a game to rate a car. Not even Gran Turismo, which is pretty realistic.
