when you selected sonic and amy what did u click on and paint over them with? thhat's how u get that cartoon effect. i never knew how. *cries*

I think i can help you on some of those questions. She(or he) Used the grass tool in the default brush pack. The tool you use to make things lighter is the dodge tool, While the burn tool makes things lighter.
