  • Use a longer bar and the further down you hold it the harder it gets, that way you don't have to add more weight for awhile, just keep note of where your grip on the bar is and work down.

  • I rearely, at least not often, arm wrestle, but I do know that those exercises are effective and useful for arm wrestling. For me, I'd be doing these to have a strong grip and forearms.
