Just wanted to give all the fans and those interested in the McKinley Phipps case an update on the documentary.

After two very eventful trips to New Orleans this past year, we have enough footage and interviews to move forward with the post-production.

We're hoping to have the doc ready for festivals by mid 08 and have it released soon after that.

We'll be releasing trailer 2 on YouTube and MySpace when we get a firm release date on the doc.

Also, an update on the doc: Post-production is done, so should be seeing the light of day in the first half of '11.

@mayfair80 The whole situation is pretty questionable - the doc gets into that, into the way the investigation was handled and into how the trial was handled, both by the prosecution and the defense. Basically, the competence level combined with the mistakes made make you realize that an episode of Law and Order is purely fiction - the justice system doesn't work as smoothly or fairly as the one on TV.
