No agitation is necessary. Process works by diffusion. Neat idea but it does not make print washing more efficient. Also, too much water. Less water means faster exchange time = better wash. A print can wash while not moving at all. Only the water needs to move.

You are right. Although this design is rather ingenious, it's clear that the person who made it doesn't fully understand how print washing actually works.
