i dont remember but you need 100+ lvl and good party like 6 ppls lvl 100+

You need 125+ for it and it's in PL at the dark bladers where the big ship is now.

Same as all versions (with the Lost Island update) its new now you can't be lvl 3 dbl trans anymore :S
