  • So many things wrong/unessesarily said in this stupid video.

  • What's with the robotic narration? Takes all the family fun of making Pasta. I learned to make pasta by hand in the Tuscan countryside. It was easier, faster, more fun and rustic. Measure with a ruler? Cut the dough to 3 with sharp knife for easy handling? Adding salt and oil with measuring spoons? Parchment paper? Are you crazy? And what's with the undercooked pasta and leafy green garnish? Watch videos of Italian families having fun and not measure anything. Perfect pasta every time

  • We've been brainwashed as a culture. We think it's "authentic" to make our home made food and clothing look as if it came from a machine. We need to embrace imperfection again & worry about what's important, which is - in the case of food - taste & nourishment.

  • anyone have the specific recipe so i know how much flower and eggs to use

  • @3cups flour

    1 tsp salt

    4 eggs

    2 tsp vegetable oil

  • @BlackSkullz09 Thanks!

  • @rainbowstargreengirl welcome, btw after you cut them in strips let them air dry for 30mins before you boil them for 3-4 mins

  • how do you keep the pasta from sticking together after cooking? I made pasta and it came out wonderful, but the pasta clumped together. Any advice?

  • @TheGinaj ADD OIL TO WATER BEFORE ADDING NOODLES

  • Pasta is where its at!!!!

  • thats a big pinch of salt

  • hhow much flour 1 cup 30 cups and how many eggs. If you're going to give a recipe do it right!

  • What kind of flour, semolina, unbleached or all-purpose?

  • half semolina, half all purpose sea salt, oil.eggs thats it

  • NEVER add olive oil (or oil of any kind) to water for cooking pasta. Pich of salt, preferable but not required - but never oil!

  • a little oil is fine.theres oil in freah pasta anyway...salt and oil in water. i make fresh pasta everyday..it tastes great

  • no need to salt the dough

  • I need another video to know how to make flour and another one on how to grow wheat hhhhhhhaaaah.

  • for all those asking: You need 100 grams flour for each egg. Each 100g flour produces roughly a large serving for one person. Don't add any oil or water. The only ingredients should be: flour, eggs and salt.

  • @jesmmifs thankyou

  • how much flour and what kind? and how many eggs do you use??

  • @streamr89 i know hey!

  • Do you ever mix ingredients into the pasta? If so at what stage would one mix something in. As i love spicy food i am thinking about adding hot peppers to the pasta. I was thinking of making a fire roasted pepper puree for this.
