Not hating, but adding weight to the torse shifts the centre of gravity forward, increasing the angle of arms to the shoulders, decreasing torque on the shoulders. Long sotry short, wouldn't the planche become easier? IMHO ankle weights would be much more impressive.

@VassTheSupersaiyan Lol, "i have bad genetics" is so usual excuse for lazyness. There are so many great bodybuilders, who where weak or sick as a child and that gave them also great motivation to improve themselves. :)

@PrivChurch No in fact i have poor shoulders flexibility, well i mean, not something impressive except for planche as i'm used to lean forwards a lot...
My form come from my training, i always trained with perfect form, this is the only way to get something perfect, it does not come naturally, you train for it.
@VassTheSupersaiyan Obviously you have to train with absolutely perfect form to make it perfect, it's just quite impressive that you keep your scapula protracted through the whole movement (way too many examples of bad form on youtube).
A big problem I have with HS and PL is the upper scaps, they stick out! Is there something you did to make them superhumanly strong?
