Is this version playable online? I've been meaning to get PP15A but I'm unsure which version to buy.

Yo PPA, looked it up, both versions have online multiplayer. If you "special means" of getting them, Choose the DS version, as you'll be able to patch it to English. If not, go for the PSP version for better graphics and sound. The Wifi for the DS version is still active though.
