@CallumJ230 I dont get where you are getting that this sport is a rip off and lazy. Shows your ignorance. Some of the fastest, biggest, strongest athletes play in the nfl. There are guys in the nfl and coming out of college that run the 100m from 10.3-10flat, you underestimate the kind of athletes that play this sport. As far it being a rip off, well thats your opinion but af and rugby atleast to me look completely different. If you want to believe that of all the people who attend these games..
@CallumJ230 are americans traveling there to watch it, that isnt a fact no one really knows how many were americans. I find it hard to believe that there werent a good portion of brits who attended the game. Its a once a year event, Im sure its something most brits who are not close-minded wouldnt mind going just for the experience.
@WolveZGuY, that be incredible if you did!!! Here in the states, playing in the NFL is one of the most succesful goals you could ever reach. Do you have a team in mind, that you would want to play for?
Once a year, thousands of closet American football fans in Britain flee to Wembley to watch a sport most of their countrymen do not find entertaining. And the fandom grows every year is this is great news.
For fuck sake, Americans annoy me. WE ARE NOT BRITISH! AND WEMBLEY IS ENGLAND. We are English, and everything good about football is ENGLISH. Scotland, Wales and Ireland can fuck off their football sucks.
@WolveZGuY but our league and how we run football is way above USA. Our players individually are better than usa's and we are just big under achievers give me USA any day. Anyway I hate International football. Club football all the way!!!!!!!!!!!
This is great, those spastic kids must've been so bored not having a wwe event to go to, everytime this thing comes around it means a day off for at least 30,000 care workers by my reckoning. Thank you NFL for this valuable contribution to our society and beleaguered social workers in particular.
feel bad for the NFL though, its a necessary evil for the FA to host whatever the hell they can, so they benefit. WWE fans benefit. Martin Jhonson and few other hobbyists benefit. NFL get nout.
this sport is not popular in britain, no one understands why the hell its being played in wembley, also wembley isnt briatins stadium its just englands.
Im an american and i dont even like american football, its like some retard saw one rugby game and tried to reenact it and made a "new" sport. Football is the way to go Im an everton fan
@fkinbrillant american football when it started was like rugby,no pads, but the faster speed n plus full speed contact in u.s football av cause athletes to paralyze n some av died,if you watch nfl n rugby highlights, nfl is a much faster game n hits more harder, ive seen rugby hightlights, its slow n most hits are not full speed, sure they bloodied, but hardly any ko's or concussions,u.s football on other hand, almost every season theres some1 getting ko or a concussions in amost every game.
@fmoa dude you're talking about shit amateur college-level rugby, watch a top level international game, or a big rugby league game then draw your conclusions ..there's big injuries and ko's nearly every game, i've never seen anything remotely as exciting in any NFL game, and what d'you mean 'its a much faster game'?? about 13 mins of action in a convoluted 4 hour snore fest....as you yanks say, it 'sucks' lol
@CallumJ230 its IS popular here in Britain, it shows you havent looked into it, when the NFL Europe was still around we had team from the UK, and there are many grass root teams is well, i for one play for a team here in England.
This sport sucks, it will never catch on over here
