I work at a homeless shelter/rehab in inner city. It is struggling. Have had to cut services. Now the help is needed more than ever. People need to be more sensitive and to dig more deeply to help each other during this time; both haves and have-nots. This camp is a good example. Maybe God is trying to show us something and we need to listen. The haves are guilty because often they don't share much, and the have-nots are often guilty because of their choices and attitudes.
