  • I'm impressed!!

  • Really need one of these for a project I'm working on. Would you be interested in making one for me?

  • @WesCaseyFilms That's what we do! Email us the details of your project and we'll see what we can get going!

  • A VERY awesome logo, to say the least. The authenticity is mind-boggling.

It's nice to see something that actually has a TRULY retro, as opposed to pseudo-retro, feel.

  • @BLRD2MugenAndHipHop Hear hear!

  • @natethefighter: Straight up and down... I'll take the logos of that era over most of the boring, generic shit we get nowadays.

  • Brilliant!!

...and I'd like to echo the request for a tutorial :D

  • I plugged a VHS cassette player into my full HD TV 40' toms, and the quality and sound was just. It was an extrordinary event...

  • what did u use to make the vhs audio effect on this in cubase? speakerphone?

  • GREAT WORK...wow...I've been trying to do this with AE and got some ok stuff done but nothing like this...

  • A-Ma-Zing! Wonderful!

  • I love this. 80'S stuff i a thing i absolutely love. Please make some kind of tut.

  • This is perfect. Fucking perfect, right down to it being film to video. Most people go really over the top but this was just subtle enough to feel as though it was real. I never would have guessed this was new unless someone told me. Fantastic job. Please make a tutorial or something!

  • COOL!

  • AHAHAHAHAHA I thought that was from the 80's

& II really look into that stuff, was sort of confusing to see the title logo in 3d but I thought they used an old software for it

  • Wow! This looks perfect! Like stepping back in time!

  • This should be the opening to every Rick Astley video out there!

  • would really love to know what you did in After Effects to get that "80's" look.

  • @azuritereaction Same here!

  • But that was more like filmed than videotaped.

  • Yep! Since many of those old logos were actually printed on film (and then transferred to tape), I thought I'd try to simulate that.

  • awesome!

  • fucking nicely done!

  • Nice!
