i cant open my administrator account,it still exists but it doesnt show up on my welcome screen. my computer restarted and says administrator account has been disabled now I can not log on I need my computer for school can some one help me and walk me through the steps and tell me what I nee to do ?

My problem is every time I statr my Piv computer screen displays="operating system Not fpound". when I try to load xp-service pack cpu wont take it . it switches off. can you advice and send me some e-comp repair books by email please. hey how can i get licesnce for repairing outher people computer if im 16 years old? ive been fixing computer scince 12 so i just whanted to start getting payed for my work.
@sk8pn Take some classes like computer hardware/software course, and then take the A+ certification and get certified. BTW you better take your A+ before end of this years or else it will get expired within 3years and then you have to re-take the test all over again.

@nicholas1920 You can only use the Administrator account in Safe Mode.
