I've always loved the sound of Raymond Froggatt and this should have been a double A-Side with Callow-La-Vita, as in my opinion are timeless classics, which I never tire of listening to.
I'm not sure what you mean when you say "not his true singing voice". It probably seems that way if you compare it to the way he sounds today. Then again, Froggie is more of a country singer these days, as oppose to pop singer.
And as for him putting on his voice to sound like other groups of the time... Isn't this true of a majority of groups? Froggie's sound might not be unique, but personally I don't agree that his voice was "put on" during this recording. I can only presume you're not too familiar with much of Froggie's pre-country music. Try listening to an album of his earlier stuff and songs such as "Anything You Want To" and "Ring Ting a Ling" which, in my opinion, are pretty similar vocally to Lost Autumn.
Thanks Bravejordy! Beautifull tune, really a classic! Lonely old world, please? I 'm still waiting if he will ever perform in Holland, please let me know!

Totally agree. I'm surprised they didn't release it as a double A side.
