There's actually a story behind this whole thing:

There was a car accident that left 2 people dead (one of which was the daughter of the woman who punched), and one girl injured (the daughter of the woman who GOT punched). The mother of the injured girl was saying the accident was the dead daughter's fault because she was high, hence the "THC in her system" sentence the other woman said before she got hit. None of them are teachers, and this took place in a Springfield, MO courthouse.
