The Zone is a good start but I personally feel it has way too many carbs. I agree that inflammation reduction is a great goal for any diet and or life program. I have seen fantastic results with a diet consisting of lean protein and lots of fruits and vegies, very low fat and low carb - eat 5 to 6 meals a day. Of course it's easier said than done and I give big credit to anyone who tries to eat more healthy.
carbs and saturated fat are the killers, go with protein and unsaturated fat for weight loss

You must match your diet to your lifestyle. Noone else's diet is right for you.
