Being a complete rooky im really looking foward to it. cud stub ur toe on anything, also makes your feet much more vunerable...

maybe if u r proper professional then you can consider bare foot, but i have never seen it.

plus sum shoes are designed for grip and other certain things to help with parkour/ free running :)

you need a pair of legs arms and a head! some trainers also help but pk websites advise you to do runing in barefoot bcz it apparantly helps
