Could someone explain to me? I keep seeing these clips where peoples faces mutate whilst they are talking live on tv. My first impression is always that someone has altered the video using effects. Is this how these video's were seen live on tv? Can this be proven? If this so, when Jenna Bush's face mutated live on tv for example...was it not mentioned by the interviewer or anyone else at the time? Its not really something that someone can just ignore.

His "shifts" were different from most of these. His face would get fuzzy and "soft" - only the face - and he'd get the green glow that some of them get. I dont know what to think about this topic dude, but it sure is strange how only the pupils change and the distortion on the faces, especially with the little girl, very creepy.
