This guy really reminds me of that army guy in Avatar movie. But I like its approach and to be honest, what he's saying really hit home to me. I'm trapped in too much thinking and planning and not in actually living my dream. I saved this on my hard drive.

I think you need to reinvent yourself. I have not a single issue with anything you say, but that's just because I know the lingo. The problem with activating your audience lied in the inability to sell ones self immediately at the beginning. Now I am a punky guy too, but as a salesman I understand the importance of how you carry yourself and yes, even how you dress. Point is that if you're trying to help people, its your duty to dress like someone they would pick out of a crowd if they had to.
Great speech, artists need more of this kickass stuff... I was a teacher for many years and I always found the only way to get people to act was through stimulation. It's such a shame that we're living in an age where talent gets suppressed and the big players promote what they think will please the mass.
That discourages artists from even trying and this is where we need to walk against the wind.....

Inspiration is in the small things, and indeed it is right in front of you. But many cannot see it. For every inspiring non-conformist success story, there are countless non-conforming failures who carry rgrets and wish they had of taken the job in a call center early in life. Dn't mean to be a drag, but see this as reality. I am speaking from your side of the fence also but such advice can be detrimental to the vast majority. The world favours the conformist most of the time.

He probably does. It's all about empathy, intimate familiarity with the difficulty others go through. In a way, you never really leave 15 behind, it all becomes a part of everything you are becoming, some people just push their true selves away for the security of pretending to be what they think they're expected to be. It's a big hurdle to overcome but loving and being absolutely true to your whole self is a source of great strength.

I find this extremely ironic. I have huge plans and music is one of them. Also Ironic that I am also a filmmaker, who did not do so well in school. I am heavy dyslectic. This guy said things that I already realized about two years ago. also ironic that I just randomly Google'd for "this video will change your life" for a film reference and I was expecting some religious video and I ended up looking at the person that I will be in a few years. Momo, 95% of the population must conform to the norm and do stuff they dn't want to do to make a life for thmslves. For every inspiring non-conformist success story, there are countless non-conforming failures who carry rgrets and wish they had of taken the job in a call center early in life. Dn't mean to be a drag, but see this as reality. I am speaking from your side of the fence also but such advice can be detrimental to the vast majority. The world favours the conformist most of the time.

If someone really understands and is all in to the positive attitude and loving the self with emotion and followed by action success will almost surely follow. However, if one only measures success in the material you will never be satisfied.

He probably does. It's all about empathy, intimate familiarity with the difficulty others go through. In a way, you never really leave 15 behind, it all becomes a part of everything you are becoming, some people just push their true selves away for the security of pretending to be what they think they're expected to be. It's a big hurdle to overcome but loving and being absolutely true to your whole self is a source of great strength.
