  • Wwwwooouuuyaaaaa sexy 😳

  • them pumps is sexy

  • could you show the different options in how you could climb up? i love how you show the moves! :)

  • What is the best brand to go with?

  • Can someone tell me why girls hate that part of the leg lol anyone ????

  • @DRAC04U its the jiggly part of the thigh no matter how skinny she is. its where the thigh fat is most lol

  • @DRAC04U i dont know what she's talking about.. kkk I love this part of my thigh! Is one of the most sexy parts of the female body, its more smooth and sensitive than the rest of the leg.. why should anyone hat it? kkkkk no idea!!

  • @pinup60 I dont get it either, I realy like that part of the female legs and always give it loads of attention whenever possible. but hey, I'm a man, there's no places on the female body I dont like ^^

  • amazing legs!

  • :3

  • what kind of pole are you using?

  • I love your panties they're adorable xD

  • I don't know how you manage to with those heels on - but they do add to the sexiness of the routine

  • @verdeboyo I couldn't do any pole antics without the heels (six inches or higher for me). Believe it or not, they actually assist to climb the pole and to hold yourself better while doing inverts. That's why they're made of plastic and lucite.

  • @xfirthy97 It takes time. I've seen heavyset women do pole tricks I could only dream of. With determination, practice, patience and a lot sweat, you can learn to do it. Practice makes perfect. I wish you well :)

  • Those shoes are so damn sexy !

  • I really want to learn but i'm not flexible and i'm not sure i can hold my own body weight for longer than 10 seconds :(

  • Had my 3rd lesson today and tried this move... Now the inside of my thigh is killing meeeeee!!! But I did well for first try!!!

  • I went ahead and took the chance and went with the 50mm, before i noticed that y'all had replyed! thanks for the comments! I have pretty big hands for a woman.. Hopefully i will like the pole so i don't have to return it!!! I went with the X-Pole portable X-Pert spinning ! Hopefully it will be a good one for exercise! Thx again! :)

  • which is a better pole to get a 45mm or a 50mm????? anyone know?

  • @sunbelt48

45mm is best. in my opinion.

  • @sunbelt48 Personally, I think it depends on your hand size. I have tiny hands and love the 45. I know girls with tiny hands who adore the 50 though. If you can, try both before you buy or see if the return policy is decent enough to let you try both.

  • I'm really pleased to see that (tho there are negitive comments) there are a multitude of positive comments on this video. I've struggled long and hard with being a dancer and weather or not I should be open with that fact. There are the ones out there that ruin it for everyone but I LOVE dancing I put a lot into my onstage performances and have never been the girl doing extra in the back. So why should I be ashamed?

  • All I'm saying is that much like anything else, like learning to booty dance, learning to be better in bed, or learning to strip tease, I don't see why women shouldn't learn to do these things or get better at them. Some women might be hesitant because they might be making negative associations with these things since people with bad reputations do them, but that doesn't mean that if you learn to do them, you're automatically like that other group of people you made that association with.

  • anybody who says poling isn't a fittness activity or that its only for stripping should try actually doing it themselves one day... And don't try and use the excuse your a guy - theres loads of guy polers out there, you're just too centred on the fact that its a "stripper only" thing that you can't see it...

  • @psycochikadee I completely agree, because, I am a stripper and I may hate my job sometimes, but at the end of the day, I have my own place, I am in school and I'm studying for the Airforce.

  • @psycochikadee i love you. i agreee! well said

  • @andtheyare oh ok, sorry

  • @andtheyare what u mean... nas is the greatest rapper alive..???

  • @marcuskeeler I don't get it...because a pole dancer decides to throw in the occasional bodywave it's all of a sudden not a workout? does than mean that salsa, tango and pretty much every other form of dance no longer qualify as fitness techniques?

  • I still cant sit on the pole! I've been trying for a year and a half

  • you make it look so effordless....

  • @champynk Okay... lol

  • @91Platinum Actually pole was around long berfore stripping. pole dancers are paid like any other performer or ballet dancer. The stunts are almost indentical to that of ariel silks. And the clothes always stay on!

  • @MickScarborough Yes I do pole dance, and if you'd like to get educated I'd be more than happy to send you some info on what pole really is. Or you can stick to your completely incorrect assumption and never learn anything.

  • guys.. shut up....! who cares if she is hot or not. This video is for women who what to spice up their sex lives. So please stop with the negative feedback.

  • @Over9000Penises27 Actually pole fitness comes from chinese pole acrobatics which was around long before strip clubs. Come to think of it they also used to practice pole tricks in india. It was the west that took and perverted the art and now women are taking it back. Do some history research before you open your mouth next time.

  • I Love your shoess nice video

  • This is easy .-)

  • @wendydale1 Thanks for your videos! They're all so helpful! I have a question for the people who made negative comments on this: Why did you watch? Either you searched for it, or you clicked on a link, and then hit play. The video is clearly labeled.

  • i have been doing this for 12 weeks and i can do all the turns but and the ladies sit but climb , it just won't work!! it seems easy trust me its hard and i got a whole new respect level for strippers haha

  • @soldierswifey2009 not really, no. :V

  • Excellent Teaching - Hard work but worth it - with music playing in the back ground ~ I would guess this is a great way to maintain inner strength flexibility ~~

  • Wow, this looks like it would be a really fun workout!

  • the subtitles ruin this video because you can't actually see the position of her legs.

  • @knking1089 respect

  • Omg she is hot :D

  • Give us more tips!

  • i cant even hold myself off the floor for 2 secs. how did you get your arms strong enough? my weak arms are my bigges problem in pole dance.

  • @Nina11100 you have to condition yourself to be able to hold yourself up. Anyone can do it you just have to be motivated and practice practice practice.

  • Interesting. Definitely decent. Thanks for taking the effort to share the technique.

  • @quarvis yeah i watched it for fitness purposes, not cuz im a hooker!!! yeah cuz your judging her without even know anything about her! And if shes a hooker thats her problem!!! U just HAD to say somrthing negative about her. People Get the wrong idea about strippers because there are some strippers that sell themselves but this girl looks decent!! Just enjoy the video! Shes awesome, i honestly think this is kind of a talent to be able to do all those things ON A POLE!

  • OMGG your a machine!!

total respect. its hektic watching the pros pole dance. skill!

  • im qona learn how 2 use dha pole bt nt 4 strippin purposes caz it seems fun 2 do dhis

  • I wish I could do that like her! It looks so easy, but it's actually really hard.

    Really really good job. :)

  • my favorite part is the people defending pole dancing can't even spell. probably just barely made it out of high school. if that.

  • @knking1089

    love yorself

    don' worry about opinions

    there is no god

    to judge you or me

    when we die

    live today...tomorrow,who knows

  • For all the dancers out there Way To Go. I am a construction worker and I know that you have more hidden strength then any of the guys that i work with. That and None of them can hold them self up on a pole like that.

  • couldn't see exactly see what your lower legs did because the camera guy left your lower body at the :22 second mark and made sure to stay on your face. Some of us want to see what the entire body is doing at the same time, so arms/legs can be timed together correctly. Please instruct the camera guy to pan out in your future instructional videos.

  • @knking1089 I applaud and encourage you! :D

  • I really wanna learn pole-dance but there arnt any lessons where I live *sigh* Looks like good run excercise though :3

  • I think pole dancing is great to build self confidence, I would like to do it, but in the privacy of my own home, for myself, and maybe my husband! Keep up the hard work and nice videos!

  • good work

  • i want to pole dance!! its so much fun! and a good work out, but i dont want to take my clothes off and show my body to everyone.. lol , i just like to dance! i think only exclusive night clubs accept people like me dont they?, i wouldnt mind working in a strip club, plus the money is good, but i dont think theyd hire me because i dont want to get naked, is that right?

  • @knking1089 damn right! i just started and it pays my bills and i'm happy, its fun i keep fit too! anyone that has anything to say is not getting paid so they need to shut the hell up!

  • i was serching for some fun video, but instead i found this ........i call my girlfriend immediately___:)

  • that looks painful during practice

  • If pole dancing can get me a body like hers, I am up for it. Looks fun.

  • you the great

  • seriously! before you say anything bad about aerial art y not try it. Im sure your opinion will change when you find u can't do it!

  • I think I have watched almost all your videos. Thank you for making them all look easy, I am getting my x-pole in about 5 days and I am so excited to get into shape with all these moves. Thank you !!!

  • i see all these coments its not just strippers who are watching i have a pole in my house and i do this to work out and it is hard and i have lost 5 lbs (120) now and im geting muscles were i did'nt even know where i had them and my husband loves it

  • all the haters need to try this seriously,it looks so easy its more dificult than you think alot of upper body middle and lower body strength is needed to support your full weight she makes this look simple well done to her i am going to practice alot to improve my upper strength, plus the fact of the matter being this isnt slutty or degrading it is an excelent work out can look beautiful and gracefull done correctly i suggest to all the haters to have a go and maybe the veiws may b differant

  • @Chelskiee1 There seems to be way to many ignornat people out there. As a coach and trainer I tried doing it just to see what is was like. I consider myself to be in decent shape and thought I had the strength. That pole kicked my butt and I respect anyone that can do it. I also hate the fact people pass judgement on others. Very sad. Dancers/strippers or anyone would find this a very good workout etc.

  • @Chelskiee1 Totally agree I thought I was super duper fit until I bought a pole - Im a personal trainer, fitness advisor, bodybuilder, and yet I have never com across something that requires so much strength, agility, flexibility & co-ordination all my life! Hats off to the pole girls!

  • You can't blame their misguided ways....for many that is the only option they have. They are stupid, but hot...so of course they will allow themselves to be exploited for money.

  • Its so funny how many jealous people watch this and then post stupid comments. Props to strippers for having the courage and strength to pull routines such as this off. I tried at a fitness center and did not realize what I was getting into. Lots of strength is needed for this. Something you do not have physically and emotionally! ha

  • When I first learned this, my teacher had us do the inner thigh the same, but you also hooked the top of your foot on the same leg so that the pole came down the inside of the ankle. I found it helpful for a long time to brace the top of my foot so I cauld let go with my hands sooner than I'd otherwise have been able to do. Not essential, but often nice. Really focus on flexing those upper thigh - almost to the pelvis - muscles. This will make you stronger and spare your skin some wear'n'tear.

  • Okay, so all the 'bashing' remarks have been removed. Well I still have to comment anyway - if anybody is going to insult a dance instructor for little 1-minute tutorial clips on youtube, that person truly is a frigging LOOOZER!! There is no talking sense to a moron, they are too stupid to know any better. I think these vids are great btw...

  • awesome

  • I don't think I could do it at a club but I definitely think pole dancing is a great way to get fit and have fun with where ever you choose.

People are going to always feel some way about dancers...truth is no one's perfect and every has a choice in what they do!

  • I wouldn't watch a video and talk badly about it. If I know its something I don't like and don't want to watch then why waste your time. Out of site out of mind.

  • love it. keep it up. your a great instructor.

  • such an useful video!!! i love it

  • Killer legs!

  • lol comments ^^

  • if you don't squeeze your legs just right you can get burned on the slide down..lo it hurts

  • i can do this one! hehehe anyways it just isnt a good idea at the park when ppl is around haha

  • Nice Happy Bunny shorts ! ! !

  • cant agree more :)

  • I am getting a pole and I know that my legs are going to get all black and blue...but I think you look amazing doing it!

  • Happy Bunny Shorts!

  • lovely you are ! I like the red in your room also

  • You look Great!

  • LOL

  • look at her heels!! those are awesome shoes!!

  • yes, this move just really hurts..apparently it gets better, but it always hurts me, I think it hurts more if you just have more fat in that area (that doesn't necessarily mean you look fat, or the thigh looks fat)

  • i will! [[that waz my friend sheniavgt

  • I want to learn to pole dance, but just watching this made the lovely stretch marks on my thighs from being pregnant hurt D:

  • it truely does hurt

  • Happy Bunny!! lol

luv your videos my cousin just bought a pole and is teaching me how to do it and she said she learned a little bit of what she knows from you

(but she used to be a stripper so she alrdy knew alot lol)

  • I am a beginner and i am trying this now but the pain is real bad is there any other way to sit on the pole but not have as much pain,if not does the pain calm down as you do more?

    thanks

    Hannah

  • It does gett better as you do more and more, just practice....

  • Ouch skin burn

  • hahaha nice.

  • nice legs

  • can you make more videos becaue I am going to be an exotic dancer!!!

  • yeah!

  • woo!

  • yes i am proud ;o)

  • I could agree with you to some extent, I kind of wish she could give that little extra tip, in poledancing, there is a extra tip to every movement, I know this from experience. is that her name Wendy? I

  • It hurts indeed :p my leg is all red :(

  • Practice makes perfect I keep trying and trying LOL A little pain can go a long way in this :D

  • thay are so hottttt

  • LOL Ya'll are some beginners compared to me. :]

  • It is just a simple move, but it hurts sooooo bad...I guess I just have to get used to the pain.

  • this move is so hard!

    proper hurts my legs haha

  • she got nice legs hot idk even why im keep wathcin this

  • Im also covered in bruses and it hurts like hell,. I also struggle whilst leaving go of the pole and trying to keep balance whilst sitting, any advice? And why dont she have any bruises? does that go after while 2?

  • I had my first experiance today with a pole and it was so ackward. I'm determined to master it. I should of viewed these vids before for some tips

  • I love doing pole dancing but i find it hard to do the upside down slits cause my hands get slippy any advice xx

  • omg its the same for me lol

  • use alcohol to dry out ur skin

  • you can buy some gripping powder especially for pole dancing on the internet

  • some of the girls I dance with wear gloves (the kind used for lifting weights). seems to work great - no slipping!

  • waooooo very good

  • i feel my skin is peeling out when i try doing this..

  • it hurts like HELL in the beginning but after a while you dont feel pain anymore :P

  • I hear the material that the pole is made out of makes a difference about how much pull or resistance to the skin that there is. Some poles have very little friction, so spins are easier and they pull less making the skin more comfortable. However, these may not be the best beginner poles because they don't have a lot of grip. Poles with more grip allow easier climbing which is helpful when learning.

  • Me too. I have a great big bruise on the inside of my leg where the skins been pulling. Glad to hear the pain goes.

  • oooh yeah you will get plenty of bruises on the inside of your arms and legs. they'll look nasty but it is worth it.

  • Where in Nyc preferably Manhattan, can I find a pole dancing fittness class???

  • poledancing takes alottt of skill. its hard work.

  • Sure, they can both be found at the same place. But stripping and pole dancing are two different things. Obviously, stripping is taking off your clothes. Pole dancing is dancing with/on a pole.

  • I'm a stripper and a pole dancer, both take skill no matter what people may think

  • You are beautiful
