Metro aren't responsible for the trains and track & signals, they also don't set the schedules.
The whole point of this privatization is so the govenment can neglect it and not take responsibility.
And after 7 years the Siemens trains are hardly new.
Good luck replacing the viaduct.

LOL! Metro must have known they were taking on an already shitty network. Love how Bumbly (Brumby) and Palooka (Pakula) are always "disappointed and frustrated" these days for what is mostly his own failure to correctly govern for the People.
