You people really need to get a grip. No one on this planet honestly thinks prostate cancer is something they can beat down in an alley. The point of the ad is to provide exposure to the problem, and motivate the thirty-something crowd who finds this kind of thing humerous to pay more attention to thier bodies. No one believes this is real. Seriously, give your heads a shake.
You may think so, but the majority (including people with cancer) see this as something where the cancer is just hanging out not hurting anyone. When suddenly the innocent creature is surrounded and beaten by a bunch of thugs.
And that growing a mustache will help fight prostate cancer
Honestly, people need to think about what kind of message they're sending.
I had prostate cancer. Watching this wouldn't have helped me at all. Cancer isn't an outside menace, like a lurking mugger, it's something that your own body does to itself and you have to understand why, and how to catch it in time and what to do. It is really not about being macho and you can't beat it by yourself. This ad pisses me off.
Whatever it is, it's still rubbish.

@paulphare I think its a symbol. It would be silly if the whole idea would be "go and smash that cancer with a group of friends."
