Why the hell would the AL consider pitching Rodiriguez??? I mean God, that's why this game is taking so long. Guy pitches wilder than a crazed bull at a rodeo.
Take your cell phones out of your pockets, flip them open and turn them on, then take all food out of your pockets dump it in the nearest trash bin and dump all open drinks with it in the trashbin before entering the stadium. then keep a wad of $5 bills in your pocket with a rubber band around it to pay for the stadium's bottled water, on a hot humid day you may spend the whole wad.
Who the fuck cares about the homerun derby. They had one last august at the stadium when a-rod was sitting on 499, and everyone hit one but him, you talk about a dull experience.
Because this year a guy who had suffered drug problems for the past 7 years in his life to the point of almost poverty set the record for the most homers in a single round. So yeah i think alot of people cared this year.
What the fuck do you mean suffering drug problems? If he was an ordinary lay person he would have spent the next 20 years in a lockup facility, not earning 20 million dollars a yead to do what anybody could do on their better days.
No I absolutely hate the Red Sox. And after this season when this classic stadium "The Home That Ruth Built" is turned into dust, this 2008 all-star game will have even less meaning than any world series the mets or yankees won at home in New York.
they are not turning it into dust asshole. they might make it a landmark since its the cathedral of baseball!!!. i hate the red sox too. yANkS 4 LiFe!!!!!!!!!!!
What about Bob Sheppard? You think That they'll leave Yankee Stadium standing for a final resting place for George Steinbrenner and Bob Sheppard sometime in the future for visitors of the Bronx to see. like people in Arlington National visit George Washington and Abe Lincoln?
i was at that game, they hit like 9 home runs, my first ball game and it was sick

The game was a classic. I was rooting for the N.L. cause I'm a Dodger fan and I didn't want it to end.

If anyone wanted that game to end then they're not baseball fans

Too bad the stadium is going down but its good having a all star game at yankee stadium because it's making one last history of the stadium.
