  • wow you get up there real easy man! keep jumping as much as you can, im almost to where ur at, im getting better and i have to update my vids but im just to say an inch or 2 away from you! and only why i got my vert up, and still going up, i dunk alot on lower rims, i like mostly to dunk on 9 feet and just do windmills and shit

  • yup any kind of jumping helps, so dunking even on 9 foot will help, alot of people dont know that, glad you do lol.. and ya i'm gettin better too, hopin to get more vids up soon, and oh ya thank you haha

  • lol yeah thats the only reason why i can dunk 10 feet now, cuz i love to dunk on lower rims and i do it often! i found some ppl that like to dunk on lower rims like me, but they cant quite dunk 10 yet but there shorter, anyways lol my point is, get some ppl to go dunk with you regularly, its fun and helps alot to ur vert

  • hack squat, calf raises on flat level with two 45 pound dumbells, core exercises like sit ups and pull ups. stretching, and quad and hamstring machines

  • @ZmiKim honestly, some of the most simple exercises work the best. for instance, while calf raises, squats, and core/leg workouts do the trick, some of the easiest ways to increases legs strength that are rarely considered are

    biking and jump rope. both work to strengthen up the back of your calf muscle, but biking especially works your whole leg. its just like repetitive jumping, but while you are sitting down. try biking for a good half hour every day for a week or so, and see how that feels
