Bro, Jolly John was THE number one car pimp in Southern Maine all through the 80's. This guy was so popular, that at one time there was talk of him running for Governor of the Great State. Hes been bankrupt a few times, but keeps coming back to build the empire back up again. Jolly John Pulsifer, we salute you!!
