PSP GO Review

i asked from a game store here in the Philippines if I could play UMD games on the PSP go, he said that you just need to modify your PSP go, and then you can play UMD games on it,, also, Piracy is a big thing here in the Philippines, there is a game catalog on which most of the PSP games are available, for a Very Very cheap price(a game doesnt exceed a dollar) so,, should I buy this PSP go??

8:27 ? You say it like iPhone headphones are special (well they do have a mic, but so do some other headphones, and the psp doesn't use that mic anyways) any type of headphones, or even speakers with a 2.5 mm jack can be used.

PSP Go is gr8 guys... i hav got al PSP in all colours and i activly play my GO (my white Go :) ) so if u havnt had a psp b4 then i recomend the GO

u know, i kinda like the idea of no UMDs, b/c i never had a psp, it saves the hasle of going to the store.

At first it sounds like a cool idea to do away with the UMD drive, but I suggest to look at the PSN available games first since the PSP Go can only play downloaded games from it and such Go owners will not be able to play UMD exclusive games but other regular PSP owners can.

That's one of the major downsides of the Go.

if you like dl your games and not trading them in then go for it. I will say this try to find it used because i know many have been returned ebay is a great place to start

additional info: it also has bluetooth which you can use to play with a ps3 controller and tv play with an av cable (you can also get a dock to charge it while your doing this so it dosnt use up battery and if you use that alot you dont need to worry about battery life unless you go on a road trip in which case you could buy a car charger for

yes the psp go is great for the 1st time psp owner I would get it from Amazon or best buy in case Sony drops the price. i LOVE THE Psp Go it great and a real eye catcher.

it all depends on your DL Speed and the game your doing. I don't use media go i don't like it. If you have a ps3 dL it to the ps3 then to the psp go.
