Her voice is BEAUTIFUL. Vocals are the one thing that I just LOVE about singers. If they have the looks, that's a bonus and both Baby Soul and Yoo Jia have both the vocals i love and the looks. Beautiful and soulful voices~ and they're so pretty~

Woolim is just amazing~ they have a great eye/ear for talent, just look at Nell, Epik High, Infinite, etc. Now Baby Soul and Yoo Jia. Their new group is one I am definitely anticipating~

I think she does deserves to be debuted as a solo artist. However, I think the current kpop music industry makes it difficult for solo artist to be truly successful. I think being in a girl group may actually bring attention to her talents. Not to mention she can have solo activity after being in a group.
