Is there going to be a spectralux version coming out? Also instead of switching between front and back, just crop out the light bar only and split the horizontal middle of the video so front is on top and back is on bottom so we can see them at the same time.
@OnBakePlatinum The Legend lightbar does not currently have SpectraLux as an option but it is being considered for future development. As for the split views, we have had that suggestion before and are considering it on future flash pattern videos.
@fedsigpublicsafety Wow, how cool you actually responded. Hey fedsig, are you aware of Rontan's Wide-E mirror setup? It seems to blow Solaris completely away.
26 different patterns seems like a little bit of overkill to me. It's nice to have options, but I doubt any LEO is going to take time to consider the merits of pattern 14 vs. pattern 21 in any given situation.
@rudeboystu69 The mechanic chooses one of the patterns for each mode (1,2,3, warning) during the install. The officer will have 3 or 4 previously chosen patterns available from the control head, not all 26.
@OnBakePlatinum That actually makes a lot of sense, since they can customize the system for their dept's specific needs. Thanks for clarifying that for me.
@cwjones0322 While both patterns do look similar, pattern #3 has only two steps (heads 1, 2, 9, 10, 11, and 12 flashing alternately with heads 7, 8, 13, 14, 15, and 16. Pattern #4 flashes the same heads with some OFF time between flashes.
Federal Signal is just quality products, this bar is beautiful. Here in El Salvador, the police uses FS Jetsolaris in sustitution of the older Halogen Streethawk.
is that a new bar? why is it already sagging in the middle, btw that lightbar is made in China along with the viper, lol thanks for out sourcing to China Federal Signal, you will soon be joining the ranks of quality with code 3, very sad
I agree with the previous comments. All the lightbars need pattern videos. Especially the Arjent and ILS. The VIper S2 and EXT need them too! Keep up the good work FedSig!
Thank you for the pattern video! Any chance of getting other light pattern videos? (i.e. the ILS lightbar, Viper S2/EXTs, etc.) Or maybe post the pattern videos on their respective product pages on the Federal Signal website?

Keeping it in American, glad to see!

We are sorry to hear that you have been misinformed. Federal Signal’s Legend and Vipers are manufactured in University Park, Illinois, USA.
In terms of the Legend video, we agree that it is not at the best angle. New video will be released shortly.

@hunteremergencylight the sag is an optical illusion because of the curved reflective roof of the patrol car.

Also 45 and 90 degree shots. Maybe even two seperate bars i.e Legend vs. Arjent.
