  • I thought those were whelen sirens sounding

  • Lol, I live in Lafayette, and when we had a tornado a mile from my house, I heard the sirens wail from low to high and back to low, and all I could think was, OMFG!! But it passed my house as I started to leave and I watched it disappear and I was like.... Holy hit.

  • just moved out of natchitoches 4 months ago, i grew up there. I remember hearing this for the first time and how creepy it was and how scary.

  • I never new Natchitoches has tornado sirens??? I lived there for years!

  • i'm pretty sure I was right down the street from you that day lol I got that on my phone too! It was too crazy because we had 3 sirens around us and they weren't syncing so the voice was doing this crazy echo thing lol plus the sirens went off 3 days in a row!

  • Man, that crap went off again at 4:28am this morning and then again at 6:46. It's pretty.... "alarming"? I totally see why they bolt these things to helicopters at war.

  • I saw a waterspout in New Orleans it was back in Summer 2001.
