  • This is just a crosman phantom with a few extras.

  • @sillyshain actually it has less, no iron sights, but its a lot cheaper and thats why i want one :D

  • "Tick marks" are actually Mil-Dots

  • u can adjust the scope?

  • its not a surpressor...its a counterbalance>

  • is it a good gun

  • man im pissed mine i just bought today didnt come wth that scope, had a crappy one , im thinkin about returning it

  • Comment removed

  • Where u buy

  • hi, i am thinking about ethier buying this gun or a beeman air rifle

  • what is better this or the crosman quest

  • does it fit in the gun sock with the scope on the gun

  • @manitsmatt its a pellet gun not an airsoft gun

  • Hey man just a little FYI...the thing on the end is a counter-balance. It's stabilized it when you're aiming. Not a surpressor. You can take it off...nothing will happen, just dont leave it off. You'll have trouble aiming brother!

  • holy ahit 1000 fps, i dont think my friends would wanna have a backyard battle with this

  • @trejopsp 500fps+ is illegal in canada ill put it that way

  • @waynebradybitch12

As I understand it, 500+ fps requires a firearms license in Canada is all. `

  • @trejopsp umm i got my son a airgun that has 340fps and it shoots pretty hard

  • are pellets different that bbs

  • @kkhollyhood yep, very very different

  • @kkhollyhood yes bb's are round and plastic metal and no lead.. pellets are what he just showed they come in different types for instance hollow tip or flat head and you can buy them lead or no lead

  • @kkhollyhood bbs are just small metal balls, Pellets are tipped with a point and have a hollow inside so that air can push it, personally I think they're much more accurate

  • @kkhollyhood yes a pellet is more like a bullet rather than a bb it increases acuresy range and dammage i prefer pellets

  • would you suggest buying this gun?

  • @trejopsp yes pretty damn strong not to be played with

  • its not a suppressor its a muzzlebrake...and you cannot take it off

  • will this gun be supersonic with pba pellets? Thanks

  • @TheLurch1234

    yea it should be

  • big cat or this and whitch one is less loud lol????????

  • i got one today for christmas

  • @coolchckn me too lol

  • haw much was it

  • i love this riffle many birds and squrrels have met there maker with the rifle

  • do you need to use pellets or can you use bb's

  • @CowboyFan6 no

  • the noise reducer on the end (yes thats what it is.) is adjustable for specific noise volume. ive messed with mine and its still louder than hell. sounds like a .22LR going off and it kicks about as much as one.

  • its not a suppereser its a grip so u can get the barrle down easier and faster u can take it off but like u said it will probbaly be hard to get back on

  • can u use a 22. or is it to heavy or to large?

  • can u use a 22. or is it to heavy?

  • how does it turn to crap???

  • i just got it and man it hits hard

  • @copasgrande yea it will lay one in somebody be careful even shooting lightweight shit in your backyard

  • i bought this gun yesterday and the barrel is stuck

  • @hater424 hey i thought i had that problem too but take the barrel put it on the ground and force it down as hard as you can... it gets easier to cock as you use it more

  • That is obviously not a suppressor. If you notice, the end of the barrel is clearly visible from the muzzle, and there is no chambers for the air to go. This part serves as a weight, cocking aid and a cover for the crown of the barrel.

  • How will you send the cookie, and what kind? Is video good enough proof?

  • 1 noise suppressor, slows down or traps gasses ergo noise

2 flash suppressor redirects burning gasses out of the line of sight

3 muzzle brake redirects gasses to compensate for recoil

  • @zandemen A piece of plastic/ metal on the end of the gun has nothing to do with noise suppression. This is there to protect the crowning of the barrel, and assist in cocking the rifle. On my Benjamin superstreak there is a rather large piece of metal on the end of the barrel, and I have removed it, It is only there for protecting the barrel, assisting with cocking and to mount the front sight.

  • @rdcd20 The fact that it can be removed does not make something other than what it is, I can remove the scope, it is still a scope.

It is not there to protect the crown since having it there negates the effect of the crown by creating an irregular surface and subsequent turbulence which can negatively impact the consistency of flight, might as well not even have a smooth and uniform crown with this mounted. Nice try though.

  • @zandemen I removed it to proove that under it there are no ports, nor a chamber for air. It simply is attached to the barrel to assist in cocking. If it was a suppressor crosman would have made that claim and used it in they're marketing. The gamo whisper has a suppressor and it is clearly designed for that purpose. However this gun just has a piece of plastic over the barrel.

  • @rdcd20 good thing to prove something that has already been agreed upon and not debated I guess, did you notice that it is choked down? Did you do a sound test with and witohut it? What were your measurments? If I did a test and it was quieter with it would you believe then that it is a suppressor?

  • Mrnubman, the oil and grease in the cylinder will ignite under very high pressure, causing a small explosion adding to the propellant gases. This will subside after ten shots or so.

Also, try heavier pellets to slow it down if there is a sonic boom.

Some very light pellets like the gamo platinum will be supersonic.

  • lol if you can hit any thing from 200 yards with this gun i'll give you a cookie!

  • this looks a lot like the phantom. they are different right? cuz this looks identcal to the phantom

  • i got this and it is the loudesnt thing i have every herd it is un fuckin belivable i get a headace from 1 shot

  • nice gun and review, but it shoots 1200 fps not 1000 fps

  • i just got a AGS 22 got my first robbet today hehe in my back garden fed it to dogs =)

  • nice

  • wear did u get that scope mine did not come with that

  • didn't that gun become illegal a long time ago.

  • Comment removed

  • Why would it have been made illegal ?

  • its a phantom but better scope silencer and better barrel good vid

  • This gun has no silencer.

  • @rdcd20 it is stock with a very primitive silencer, pretty ineffective, more for show.

ie, there is an expansion after the muzzle with a baffle at the end of it.

The problem is that the bore throught he baffle is very much larger than the pellet, allowing a lot of blowthrough, and there is only one baffle.

  • @zandemen That is not a silencer, It is a single piece of plastic on the muzzle.

  • @rdcd20 silencer/suppressor is an expansion chamber after the muzzle which slows redirects or dampens exhaust gasses, the chamber after the muzzle is 0.485" ID choked down to about 0.3" at the end of the silencer, creating a chamber, in which exhaust gasses expand preventing some of this expansion outside= quieter.

The fact that it does not have additional dampening or deflectors, multiple baffles or wash plates does not negate the fact that it is a silencer, no matter how ineffective it is.

  • @zandemen It is not a silencer due to its design. Just because the muzzle diameter is larger than the rest of the barrel does not make it a silencer. This piece is considered a muzzle break. It is on the gun to increase the amount of leverage the user has while cocking the rifle. There are no ports on it which prevent air from traveling out from the barrel. This is a simple piece which is attached with a screw and epoxy to the barrel.

  • @rdcd20 it is not just larger, but then choked down creating a chamber, ie. suppressor., a brake is the same thing but there are ports to redirect the gas to compensate for recoil, deflectors which make the gas go back and via first law of newtonian physics, accelerate the rifle forward dampening recoil.

  • They actually shoot 1200 fps with alloy pellets. try it

  • It has a muzzle brake on the end of it to reduce noise (which it does for supersonic cracks). It's basically a Phantom with a muzzle brake, and no sights, but they send a nice scope, which more than makes up for that.

  • not suppresor its a barrel choke. it suppose to do sumthing with barrel harmonics or something. but it doesent really work on air rifles only on real rifles i guess.

  • looks alot like the phantom

  • Hi does any body know if i can put a remington air master 77 barrel on a chinese B1 air rifle not for anything for power just because the nickel barrel would look cool with a wood stock rifle anybody?

  • nice i understood every single word every bit of it

  • This looks alot like my Crosman Phantom 1000x

  • its the same thing isnt it?

  • it's very close, but it has a different barrel and no open sights and the combo has a better scope.

  • dosent look like it has iron/open sights, did you take them off or something

  • the g1 doesn't have iron sights, the scope is your only choice

  • Does not come with iron sights. You have to rely on scope.

  • dosent have any

  • it doesn't

  • gatta go with the gamo raptors

  • hey i got my G1 Xtreme Yesterday, and everything is fine, but the distance number thing keeps on sliding off and going around, is it supposed to be glued on? if not how do i use it

  • I'm not sure what you mean, make a video about it.

  • @21ROYIK21 I got mine today... i have no clue wat ur talking about. lol. it is also pretty loud

  • @9926soccer I thought that too when i got it. you will get used to the noise.

  • @21ROYIK21 If you are talking about the parallax correction ring on the bell of the scope, it should stay on, but be able to turn. To use it, you set the ring at the distance you are shooting to cancel out parallax. I'm not the best at explaining the concept of parallax, but there are many sites such as pyrmyd air which have a good explanation of it.

  • @21ROYIK21 were did u get yours at??

  • @21ROYIK21 where did you buy the gun i wanna get one

  • @marc2926 dicks sporting goods!

  • does it come with a scope mount?

  • yes

  • when you first get the gun does it come with any pellets?

  • no pellets come with the gun.

  • ey, do u think this gun is better then the gamo big cat 1200.

    let me know k.

  • Funny you ask, I am getting a big cat 1200 soon. I will make a video in a week or so.

  • hey can you show how to sight in the scope plz!

  • y is dry firing a gun bad?

  • It's bad for the action.

  • wats that mean o.0 lolz

  • Spring hits to hard.

  • you should get a power line scope it stays zeroed in for longer

  • The scope turns to crap after awhile.

  • i bought this same gun for 30 bucks the kid needed beer money, i love this pellet gun!

  • great review!....i got one this xmas and its awsome

  • i have it =)))

  • Mine is severely loud when you dry-fire it.Sounds like a 22.

  • Dry firing is extremely bad for the gun.

  • hey im getting this or a crosman quest 1000x wat do u sugeest

  • It depends on what you are going to use it for and at what ranges. I think the G1 would be a little better for hunting.

  • ya i guess im gettin the g1

  • whats the difference from the quest 1000x?

  • I don't know.

  • wait whats the difference from this gun and phantom 1000x?

  • how loud is it

  • The first few shots were loud but after that it became pretty quiet.

  • the g1,phantom, quest, gamos are all the same gun its just the stock barels and triggers that are diferent

  • is it very accurate

  • Yep it is.

  • thats a phantom

  • Its a G1 extreme.

  • the internals are exactly the same

  • your first multi line is thirty feet i have the same set up and at 50 yards im sighted in you need to get that thing dialed in your to low

  • the reason your scope gets blurry is because its out of focus, adjust the fornt dial for distance, sort of a trial and error thing, the more you toy with your scope, i guarentee you will get a feel for its settings

  • Thanks

  • looks really nice, how much was it?

  • I got it for $109 at Dicks sporting goods.

  • when the target gets blurry you need to adjust the front or distance " i own this gun and have spent alot of time with it, i have a Black Squirrel with the front set to about 125. i know there is the 100 then the 200 but it was about 125 Yards. if you have any question about you gun just ask, as for pellets dont get fast pellets and get the heavier pellets, more accurate, i recommend very highly Crosman Premier Hollowpoints ^_^

  • I usally shoot heavier pellets but the store was out of them.
