LOL! you still ot 50 more feet to go! i have been on this same ide at kings dominion. it is 200 to 240 feet traight down, and very intense. i had to pull the lug for the way down, and it was awesome! you al should try it!
I came back on the 15th sept fitness, you must of been there when i was. You are right that it feels like a thousand feet. You feel like it will never stop going up. Me and my brother were all brave beforehand but on the way up we both said 'holy crap, what are we doing! lol
i just came back from florida on friday 7th September...i did this free fall it is fantastic but really does fell like 1000ft when ur up there.....what a rush you get. thanks for sharing.

I'm a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Florida and these are my comments on this ride:
1. This is not an illusion ride, such as a roller coaster that make you feel as if you're going faster than you are.
2. In this ride you are held up by a single cable that may or may not have been installed by someone who was drunk (many constructon workers drink).
3. You are actually risking your life on this ride. It's an awefull lot to risk for a thrill.

I went on this with my 2 nephews.
This is the tallest in the world.
Most are only around 240'
This one is 300'
