Camacho went the limit against Trinidad and de la Hoya because he fought not to lose instead of trying to win all-out. Rosario beat the heart out of Camacho in 1986 (another robbery). Camacho, with the exception of an old Leonard, was no longer daring after Rosario.

Mentira que es el más grande Duran, es cierto que aguantaba bastante, pero la verdad es que era limitado en cuanto técnica, cuando se enfrentaba a boxeadores de nivel se las veía negras solo el KO lo salvaba y le apostaba mucho a eso. JC Chavez es más conocido que Duran porque si poseía todas las cualidades de un boxeador completo, cosa que lamentablemente no tenia Duran, salvo su pegada.

camacho was not that much younger than leonard, but you can make the case here against duran. but i don't think neigther leonard or duran would have mauled camacho at 135lbs. even though duran was a lightweight he wouldn't have been able to catch camacho with solid punches. at l/w, not too many would have fucked camacho up.

De Jesus le gano 1 vez, pero luego vino Duran y acabo con el 2 veces. Benitez se lo boxeo, pero recuerden que Benitez ha sido en cuestion de boxeo puro uno de los mas talentosos y un estilo bien incomodo para Duran. This fight didn't matter,obviously both fighters past their prime,both all-time greats.Duran at lightweight was the best in history,camacho at 130 was the most natural and fastest fighter both hand and foot I ever saw.

@Megadeth72 IMO, Duran did beat Camacho, the first time; damn the judges' verdict. That was one of the worst decisions I've seen. Camacho went the limit against Trinidad and de la Hoya because he fought not to lose instead of trying to win all-out. Rosario beat the heart out of Camacho in 1986 (another robbery). Camacho, with the exception of an old Leonard, was no longer daring after Rosario.
