oh yeah, i stress technique all the time while i teach & even b4 my class starts 2 members & insist that they have proper footing, & even rotation with their body. i try 2 keep a good eye 4 correction, COACH COACH COACH, & talk 2 the members after class 2 better their combat experience rather then them going home like they had their booty handed to them.lol BC is new 2 this location. the more they come the better they will understand that the most simple of little things make a big difference.
The release-intro stuff was pretty damn awesome. I don't know about the people though... Their tecnique looked sloppy, dangerous at some point. But well, I don't judge, you've probably gotten BC to your gym recently, so they're just new to it. Just tell 'em to lift those heels, don't want anyone getting hurt.

@lostinspacex my mma instructer makes us take the class, he said it does help in strike awareness
