Haven't read the book but doesn't this sound rather like stating the bleedin' obvious?

It's interesting how much we don't pay attention to the obvious. And how many of those who do are just plain confused on what to do and how to do it. After all, how hard is it to be a good driver? Now compare that with how many drivers are on the road, how many of them think they're a good driver, and how many of them can pass a drivers test, and what their passing score is.
