  • you know what i find absolutely disgusting? it is how a vid. paying tribute to the brave men and women who defend our freedoms at the cost of their lives only get about 10,000 views while another vid. of a goofy cat swinging from a ceiling fan or a dog skating down the street with sun glasses on will get well over 10,000,000--wtf is wrong with us?

  • @chowder524 Davio87 please remove this post, before this idiot gets killed.

  • @chowder524 why do you hate Americans ?

  • if mankind doesnt put an end to war, war will put and end to mankind. JFK. We should all know its the anti human NWO-Illuminati creating all the wars 9see albert pike's three world wars. “It may appear that what goes on is happenstance, but the government most surely has planned it.” - Freemason, Franklin Roosevelt.. "Whoever controls the supply of currency would control the business and activities of all the people". President James Garfield, shortly before he was assassinated in 1881

  • Awww I wish I could help them :'(

  • My name is Will and I am currently a cadet at MMI in AL, tonight i received a called from my mom that one of my good church friends James Byler a marine got a direct hit from an IED in afghanistan and is currently on his way to germany for emergency operation. I have a disability that is keeping me from basic but im continuing to train with many who will soon be officers in the army and hopefully one day I can be an officer in the corps. Please pray for my buddy god bless american warriors.

  • @yowilliss Will - we'll certainly pray for your buddy - Landstuhl Medical Center will stabilize him and once he gets to the States, he'll get the best possible care at either Walter Reed or Bethesda.

  • This is so heartbreaking...I cannot imagine my son going through this...he is only 12. Thank you all for your bravery, your courage, your service and your sacrifice!!!!

  • get your facts right- vets returning home to a hostile america is largely a myth!

the heart and soul of the anit-war movement from '68 to the war's end was

the g.i.'s themselves! both vets and those still in the fight. the real difference now

is the anti-war (which is PRO LIFE) movement has so little support- americans have been brainwashed into blindly chanting "support our troops". if the troops were against the war, would that mean we'd have to support that too??

  • I just stumbled onto this video and I just want to say that even though i dont support the I keep every one of armed forces members in my prayers and thank you to all of you for keeping us safe and God Bless

  • im 16 and i started to cry for two reasons My granma died in 2009 and that was her favourite song...

And my Granfather was in the scottish army and he survived, Damn i miss them

  • I would like to Thank all that have served and continue to serve our country. Our freedom we have today is because of wars before.

If you don't care about our people in the service what are you doing in a country that cares about you.

Beholdendamage GO AIR FORCE!!! Basic piece of cake.

God Bless everyone and their families that are their standing behind them waiting for them to come back home.

  • There are a lot of free countries in the world which are not free because of wars also. What is your point?

The only genuine war in history was WWII.

  • oh man basic was hard as hell it was not easy as i thought it would be they were like marine corpes dis i had a man in my face for the whole 8 weeks lol. but on for real thanks for the comment it really helps when the troops read stuff like this

  • OUCH they added two more weeks then

I had to put up with. But you made it.

Germany one country I want to visit some

    day. Hang in there

I'm on facebook and also keep the cause

a live for our troops there and the ones

home with injuries getting help from others

helping to build homes they can live in.

  • Beholdendamage...Lost my leg in Iraq...Welcome to the brotherhood!

  • hua!!! god bless brother i finished up with basic and im now in security forces tech school they say ill be getting sent to iraq or afghanistan within the next 6 months of me arriving at my first duty station(Ramstein air base, Germany i leave for ramstein july 31st) ill be more than honored to fight alongside any soldier sailor or a marine

  • i leave for air force basic training December 8th and i got security forces as my mos. Winding up like the guy on 2:35 isnt really on my to do list but its a sacrifice im willing to make

  • His name is Brian Kolfage, and he's an amazing guy. A mortar round essentially cut him in half. Despite his injuries (maybe BECAUSE of them), he's been an inspiration to Service members and vets alike. We'll pray for your safe tour and safe return. Thank you for your Service.

  • God bless you and be safe

  • Amen and Thank you from one soldier to another!

  • God Bless you and your family. Your father is a true American Hero. You have a reason to be proud of him! He will never be forgotten!

  • @godismyonlyfriend Thanks for those like your dad (((hugs)))

  • I Plan to be in the US Army When I am Old enouth Hoorah

  • drop the r and u spelled it right and maybe i'll serve with u sometime HOO- AH

  • I plan on going to the Airforce academy and joining the airforce.

  • Daugher, sister, niece, cousin of Veterans, all branches. These heroes paved the way for my own USAF service: only two years, never left Texas, injured my back, twice, living with disability now as a result of said injuries. Would I do it again? Dang straight, if my body would allow me. Thank you for honoring those who serve(d), who sacrificed body and mind in defense of our Nation and freedoms. 5/5 stars and an add to my "Veterans" playlist.

  • God bless you all for all the work you do. Thank you !

  • As an Army wife I want ot say thank you to all our service members. Without all of you we would not be where we all are today. I am blessed to have my husband with me after 3 deployments. I thank god everyday for him and his undying devotion to our country, me his wife and his children.

    God Bless America.

    HOOAH!!!!!!!!!

  • Thanks to your husband for his service and to you and your children for yours. This country must also never forget that FAMILIES ALSO SERVE! I'm Navy, but God Bless the Army!!

  • Touching video. and again, as I have commented in other vids, Thank You Veterans, I cant thank you enough I feel so grateful about all of you. It enrages me when people see the soldiers as plain criminals or forget the risks they taken to keep us under democracy and freedom of speech. Nice video, and again, Thank you Veterans!

  • i remember being wounded almost five years ago. i lost my left thumb and part of my index finger and i had 15 piece of schrapnel pulled out of my body. Whne I look at my scars, I will never complain about them because I know there is someone without limbs or eyesight. Those guys are the real heroes becuase they have to live with injuries that i will never be able to imagine.Semper fi to all my brothers and sisters in arms

  • Marine - because you're selfless, you're downplaying your own injuries. I've worked with many wounded Service members, and I've even heard bilateral amputees saying they shouldn't complain because someone got it worse than they did. The fact is, you put your life on the line for your country, and anyone injured in Service while in harm's way is a hero. This includes you...and you're entitled to complain every now and then. Thank you for your service, Marine.

  • thank you for your service Marine.

  • As a Soldier, I must say thank you for paying tribute to our Brothers In Arms who left part of themselves on the battlefield. It is a great video... very touching. God Bless them, our Fallen Comrades and the families of those who paid the Ultimate Sacrifice for the freedom of others.

  • Jay - thank you and your family for your service. God Bless YOU.

  • Great video retired air force also para L1 incomplete dont give up the fight. KFFK Nam Knights MC

  • i remember my first injury.took a round to my waist.hurt like son of a bitch.nice vid.

  • 84...Thank you so much for your Service. God bless.

  • this is so sad..good video

  • NEADS org. Canines for combat Veterans. We are here to help those who gave so much

  • Jose - you can always donate your time as well, or contact your Congressman/Senators and urge them to support legislation that provides support and benefits to the wounded AND their family members.

  • I am just a regular citizen. I donate to wounded veterans foundations, but I want to do more, but what else can I do?

  • Jose - I forwarded a reply but I'm not sure if it was properly sent. Did you receive one?

  • who sings this song and if you could give me the name that would be great too.

  • It's Restless Heart.
