I am glad he is being investigated, and I hope he goes to prison. He is just abusing his power and was hiding behind his Republican friends. Democrats are now running Washington. I am tired of hearing that we are losing millions in tax dollars because he keeps making mistakes and not doing his job right. It's like 43 million dollars already or 43 million mistakes. I had a job that if we made a mistake with money, we had to pay it back. He should be a professional and not make mistakes.

I understand your concerns but I have a slightly different opinion. I'm sure he has made mistakes. I don't think the majority of the mistakes were worthy of a payment of money. We live in a litigious society and everyone is trying to make a "buck" from a lawsuit.

I also think that Joe is the most scrutinized Sheriff in America. This makes even small infractions are a 'Big"deal in the press.

Lastly, the voters seem to like him because he continues to be elected.

This "officer" (and I am using this word loosely) is using racial profiling bending the law at will and being inhumane to his own inmates. Instead of using his power to target serious criminals he is targeting people with no means of defending themselves. He is targeting the very people he is swarn to protect. He is not enforcing the law, he is making his own laws as he goes. He is nothing but a bully and a kkk member with a badge.
