After all dorje shugden has been practised by Gelugpa and Sakyapa practitioners for over 350 years. Thousands and thousands of monks have relied on and taken refuge in Dorje Shugden. And many of them are high lamas who have continued to reincarnate lifetime after lifetime. How can they all be wrong? It is impossible that suddenly just one person (dalai lama) says its wrong over all these other highly attained beings

Is it only monasteries that have these kinds of oracles?

@ImAnonoMouse these oracles also reside in certain Dharma centres around the world such as in Taiwan or America. But they do have to have trained and done extensive retreats under the guidance of qualified lamas, usually at the monasteries

@TheRedNiece ok ok, i get that the lama makes the oracle, but from the oracles side do they just go up to the lama and say can i be "oracle"? It's not like you will be told your oracle get used to it. Please advise

yes, I have heard from many sources that Dorje Shugden was a very prominent practice in the monasteries - all the high lineage masters practised and now, almost all gelugpa teachers in the world will someone be connected to these lamas through the lineage... indirectly, we are all connected to the lineage of Dorje Shugden.

I love this video. The skill of the monks in preparing the tormas for the ritual is so amazing. I would love to learn how to make these tormas. Can lay people do them? Do you need special qualifications? I guess Zong ladrang doesn't do this anymore but perhaps at Shar Gaden or Serpom, visitors can learn how to make these amazing ritual items.

What a neat video footage and it shows how predominant Dorje Shugden practice was in the monastic community before the Dalai Lama's ban. I don't think the high Lamas, of which most are practicing have given it up but they have mere gone underground because they know that this ban will come to the end.

One ritual after another to get of Dorje Shugden. Time and time again. Nothing worked. They were not successful to get rid of him. They could not kill him. What does that tell us? He is indestructible. Why? Because he is here to help. He wants to help. He has been helping.

Look at how dedicated they are! See how they lovingly shaped and carved out the patterns on the torma. They are so huge takes 2 monks to carefully balance them.

This is such a fabulous video! Dorje Shugden practice has been around for 350 years! And there's even a few seconds clip of Tendar Rinpoche. Both Tendar Rinpoche and Zong Rinpoche's incarnations are back. How can practicing DS be wrong as many claims!

This clearly shows that Dorje Shugden is an enlightened being, an emanation of Buddha Manjushri. Otherwise why would all these high Lamas and monks do these rituals of Dorje Shugden practice?

Thank you for posting this video about the great and incomparable Dharma Protector Dorje Shugden.

So many great lamas such as Zong Rinpoche himself, the Dalai Lama's tutors Trijang Rinpoche and Ling Rinpoche, and all the great old Lamas of Gaden now were practitioners of this great protector. How kind of them to pass the lineage to us for our own benefit.
