I have on a "live" cassette of Billie she is singing this song three months later or so at the Newport Jazz Festival, Buddy Collette and a host of old timers barely able to walk, although unscheduled, on their own, took to the stage to play along a very sick Billie, 6 months later she would be dead. I have the live recording but would love to see the video - hint
I'm sorry but she makes me depressed. Perhaps I'm missing the point. I like the earlier stuff but I'll stick with Teddy Wilson who said he prefered Nan Wynn

This song belongs to Billie. Others have sang it well but Billie's will always be the definitive version. Thanks for sharing this!

It's hard to believe that eight (8) months after this performance, the Lady passed away (July 17, 1959). Love this video, thanks much for the share.
