My homeless days at BYU-Hawaii

I can relate Brah... had a 1985 Dodge Caravan as my "house" when I went homeless due to a divorce... in thing different... I was in the Mainland and winter came and it was freaking cold... snow and all... but I love it with your van in Hawaii. I am from Hawaii, born and raised there... if I ever have be homeless again, I'll move to Hawaii. Go Cougs!!!!!

You crack me up brother. I was there too starting in 1988. That van is bigger than my dorm room at the Hale. I was a Canoe Boy for many years - woohoo $5 and hour plus tips. :)

When i was jogging on Oahu in 1994&95 i had to pas Paokalani Park and they were also some homeless people.

I was talking with them and stil remember what the guy was saying. If you have to be homeless, Hawaii is the best place to be. And he was right. I'm from europe and work nearly every day, have no money problem. But sometimes i think about that homeless dude in the park and say to myself who has got the best life! We are all stress chickens over here.
