Lau Chan looks like the villain, Shang-kuan (Hwang Jang Lee's character) from the Jackie Chan movie, Snake in the Eagle's Shadow. What's weirder is that the character roster in the series has a hidden reference to Jackie Chan himself (just look at two or three characters names)
