this song reminds me of drinking in the street, going to peoples houses when their parents went away getting fucked up and bands playing this kind of music would set up in the living room and everyone would go crazy. then the next day at school wed act like nothing happened. this was the soundtrack to my life. thanks for the upload.
used ti play this at school canteen wi had a PA system & us seniors could DJ. nae bad. so I played aa mi aal school Norma Jean, Humanly, theLocust & other noisy crap. plus this song a couple o' times. I smile as I remember this. am happy.
i'm a metal fan, but Hell Is For Heroes will became forever my favourite band out of metal... i never became tired of listen this great band, sadly i only knew now that they have been split up... why only the great bands have to split up? Why?
theyv not really split up, there just not making any more music... they were plannin on gettin back together in 30 years for a final tour! it sucks there no longer about tho...
@drevilrodrigues my guess is because they are not bowing their heads to the pop waves to make money, so eventually they just cant keep it going. They have to make a living. Its a shame though, I agree
@cloudig Yeah Hell is For Heroes are not metal, what I said is even I being a Huge Metal fan even more now then when I right this... I love Hell is for Heroes, they are my favourite band outside metal. For me it's hard to define their style. Hell is for heores soething like Hard alternative rock with some punk rock influences lol can't really define them well, and that is the magic of Hell is for heroes, being hard to define. Found them occasionally in 2005 and never stopped listening :D
@CantSeePurple thanks for that in the normal English language when you say something is a favourite out of something else it means its part of that. SMART
nah it was alright... but transmit disrupt is so much more unique and shows a band daring to try out new stuff. I liked some songs of Neon Handshake like I Can Climb Mountains or Slow Song (I know^^) but overall it was a bit too poppy for me and also the singers voice... his expression was just a bit over the top at that time imho.
Neon Handshake is just way more emotive in my opinion that's the album of the 2 that I'd most like to choose to jump around to; it's my desert island album. However they're my favourite band so I still love Transmit Disrupt.
amazing band :D so underated its not even funny tho. bands such as The Wombats, One Night Only. Dont deserve their money. You need good music like hell is for heroes
They're so underrated is scary.Just to think of some of the crap that sell millions these days,it can't hold a candle to Hell is for Heroes. You Drove Me To It is one of my favs aswell as this
fuck yeah man!! youre right!Incubus has been doin the same shit and they sell miliions and it makes me think its all bout promotion...im so glad im gonna see them tomorrow here in madrid
when this was on scuzz my tv would turn off at a certain point on the song then other songs would come on then this one comes on again and it turns off at the same oint in the song
totally class band, seen en twice, once when they just released the neon handshake, and once after they had been dropped by their label, and they blew me away both times! so much energy. justin smashed a light that night he went mental in the crowd
Back when Post-Hardcore was new and pretty good. Now it's all gone mainstream and stale.

a brilliant song from a brilliant band. Such a shame that indie pop shite rules the airwaves and brilliant bands like HIFH get put to the wayside.

I never really liked 'The Neon Handshake', but everything after that is brilliant.
Along with Million Dead, HIFH were/are the band that "should've been massive..."

im torn on this one
i think that transmit distrupt is much more muscially advanced
but some of the raw sound from neon handshake which made me fall in love with these guys is missing
but all 3 albums are epic

Has anybody noticed that if you watch carefully from 3:38 the drummer drops one of his sticks and he's continuing to play while picking it up.
Surprised they didnt edit it.
