Good morning, do you like sixties? Listen and pod cast my program " great sound of 60' s " on the site plumfm. Greeting and made blooper in rock and roll. Salut, vous aimez les sixties ? Ecoutez et podcatez mon émission "le super son des sixties" sur plum fm. Salut et faites gaffe au rock'n roll
This IS "Macabre" they released only the one single under that name, then changed it to "Pentogram" then they re-recorded it ,and in my opinion it wasn`t a patch on this version!
One of my favourite songs of all time. I wish it would play in the background every time I walk into a room--like an anthem or something. lol Just beautiful.
This is actually Pentagram. This is their first single from 1972. You can find this song and more SUPERB stuff in their "First Daze Here" compilation.
Good luck trying to find an original and if you do be prepared to pay out your ass! Or you can get a re-press of this single inside the Pentagram "First Daze Here" 2Lp. You can thank me later!
Not the least bit scarey. But if you want to be genuinely terrified, drop acid and listen to Velvet Acid Christ. I met an acid-head in Cleveland who went permanently off the deep end doing just that. Permanently bonkers. He thought his brain was bleeding. I watched a Velvet Acid Chirst video triping once, and once was enough, that cat is beyond Satan, Hell, Demons---we're talking sheer horrific fear at it's zenith! Not kidding.
So much better than the later version by Pentagram

it's like a dark Elvis or more a more sinister version of the Animals.

Wait, this is the original version of the song! The one on First Daze Here is overdubbed. Now if I could find Lazy Lady without the overdubs.
